Job Description:
- Should be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Should be able to manage a team of recruiters for sourcing profiles for various requirements.
- Should be able to mentor team on techniques related to effective sourcing from job boards, professional networking sites like, referencing, head hunting and networking etc.
- Should have strong sense of Screening and short-listing candidates according to requirement there by optimizing the profile selection ratio.
- Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for candidates.
- Follow up with the candidates on offer acceptances joining dates and on boarding.
- Should be involved in overall development of recruitment process
- Proactive, Team Player, Goal Oriented, Self Motivated, Disciplined, Hardworking & sincere.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Good command over oral & written English communication
- Should be good command over Internet
- Should be strong in MS OFFICE
- Should be flexible for work timings
- Willing to do & go getter attitude
