Job Description: We are urgently hiring for Airport Ground Staff positions across India. As an Airport Ground Staff, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of airport activities and provide excellent customer service to passengers. You will be responsible for various tasks, including: • Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures. • Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations. • Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures. • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Coordinating with other airport staff, including ground crew, security personnel, and airline staff, to ensure efficient operations. • Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft. • Performing various administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling cash transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential.
