Job Description
- Experience in end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, assessment to hiring candidates
- Work on ATS, Job boards like Naukri, Linkedin(Paid), Social Media
- Managing the quality as well as SLA on candidate profiles sourced .
- Introduce new ways of engaging candidates during the recruiting process till they onboard.
- Offer negotiations as per compensation guidelines of the client and followup till release of LOI/Offer letter.
- Experience in working for staffing/recruitment firms
- Hiring for "HR Executive" for "Talent Acquisition" role
Need Excellent English Communication (written & verbal) - Min.6 month of exp. in Recruitment.
- Should have good leadership quality & ability to perform individually.
